Returns

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics can only be returned if unopened and unused, in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or defective items

If your pen arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number — we will replace it free of charge or refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email info@anfalproducts.com with your order number. Once the return is approved and received, we will inspect it and confirm your refund.

Refund method & timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want a different shade? Unopened items can be exchanged within 7 days — the fastest way is to request a return and place a new order.
